所有发往白俄罗斯的快件均需要在明斯克国家机场通关(包括寄往其他地点的快件）。公司应该有合法的身份和所有的注册文件。收货人应直接与海关打交道或聘请代理经纪。清关期限取决于收件人和代理经纪的操作，最长14天。发送个人的物品仅允许个人使用。不接受DTP，也不接收物理运输破坏的快件，否则只能进行退回操作。

All WPX are subject to clearance in Minsk National Airport ONLY (including shipments addressed to other locations). A company should have a legal status and all the registration docs for clearance. Consignee should deal with customs directly or hire a Broker. Term of clearance depends on cnee/broker activity, the max duration is 14 days. For private individuals ONLY goods for personal use are allowed. DTP is unavailable. Physical shipment destroy is not allowed, only RTO.
